Payment

Currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards through Shopify Payments by Stripe. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.

Shipping

Order Processing

Once order is placed, we will email you with order confirmation. All items are shipped from my home studio in (Bever Lake neighborhood of) Sammamish, WA within 3-5 business days. We will also email you order tracking number once items are shipped. If you want us to ship items earlier (on a same day or next day) then please contact us before your purchase.

Packaging

My jewelry is an outcome of my creativity, dedication, passion and hours of handwork. They are precious to me and I carefully pack all my creations so that it can arrive safely. 

All purchases are packaged like a GIFT. Please let me know if you would like to add any gift note with package.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our policy for refund/exchange lasts 7 days from the day you receive item. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate refund/exchange, you can email us at care@exquistry.com or use contact us page and we will provide you additional details for sending the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require order confirmation number.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund even if you received free shipping during purchase.

For shipping an item back, please use trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. For items above $75, purchasing shipping insurance is recommended.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@exquistry.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and can only be exchanged for same items.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
